We don't like to brag but it's honestly rare that a customer wants to return or exchange anything we sell. That said, you can rest assured that if you don't love whatever you receive from Zumer Sport, we'll take care of it.
We welcome returns for refunds as well as exchanges for other items within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be new and unused in their original condition.
Holiday Exception
Our products make amazing gifts and we'd hate for you to hesitate buying because you're worried about the return and exchange window. We are happy to make exceptions on gifts with timing of over 30 days for the holiday season.
Costs
With the exception of defective items, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return to us. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.

The softball drawstring bag is very large and well made with durable softball material and a strong liner. As a coach, I plan to use the bag to carry extra game day softballs to the field (to replace the homerun balls that disappear). Bag is large enough to hold over a dozen softballs! Well done Zumer Sport!
I ordered multiple items for Christmas gifts. One of the items showed up wrong. I emailed them they immediately responded to me. Not only did they immediately respond they sent me the right one at no charge and also....checked with me to make sure I recieved the new items. This is how customer service should be. I think we've lost that. I will for sure buy from them again
