Returns and Exchanges

We don't like to brag but it's honestly rare that a customer wants to return or exchange anything we sell. That said, you can rest assured that if you don't love whatever you receive from Zumer Sport, we'll take care of it.

We welcome returns for refunds as well as exchanges for other items within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be new and unused in their original condition.

Holiday Exception

Our products make amazing gifts and we'd hate for you to hesitate buying because you're worried about the return and exchange window. We are happy to make exceptions on gifts with timing of over 30 days for the holiday season.

Costs

With the exception of defective items, customers are responsible for the shipping costs of their return to us. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on original or return shipping costs.
